Für die Weiterbildung der Fachschule der BBS1 Mainz steht ein Abschlussprojekt an.

Das Ziel von unserem Abschlussprojekt 3D-Printer ist eine vollautomatisierte Produktionsanlage zu entwerfen. Eine getrennte Anlage produziert Salzstreuer, Pfefferstreuer und Trillerpfeifen. Für diese sollen mit Hilfe eines 3D-Druckers die Deckel für Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sowie Ober- und Unterteil einer Trillerpfeife gefertigt werden. Ein Roboterarm hebt das Produkt von der Druckplatte und legt es auf ein Förderband. Dieses bewegt sich, damit das Produkt in dem richtigen Behälter fällt. Die Visualisierung und Steuerung des Systems erfolgt über W-LAN auf dem Laptop.

Zusätzlich kann das System über eine App auf dem Smartphone gesteuert und visualisiert werden.

The goal of our final project 3D-Printer is to create a fully automated production facility. A separate facility produces salt shakers, pepper shakers and whistels. For this separate facility the lids for salt and pepper shakers as well as the upper and the lower parts of a whistle are to be produced with the help of a 3D printer. A robot arm lifts the product from the printing plate and places it on a conveyor belt. This moves so that the product drops into the right box. The visualization and the control occur by W-LAN on the Laptop.

In addition the system can be visualizd and controlled by an app on the smartphone.
